Every customer (shop, company or private person) that does the shopping in our shop (skulltrends) has the following rights and responsibilities:

1. If the order is not delivered on time you have rights to full refund.
2. If delivered product is damaged, not because of delivering company, you will receive a new one or a full refund.
3. All of your data (name, e-mail, delivery address, etc.) must be correct.
4. Skulltrends send items by international shipping to all countries.

5. Shipping is free if there is no information about fees on product site.

6. Shipping can take up to 30days, depending on your country and product availability.
7. If products are not the same as in the description, you can get particularly refund and keep the item or return item and get full refund.
